What May Be Collected
The pilot form may collect information you choose to submit, such as:
- Name and email.
- Business name, business type, and Metro Vancouver location.
- The type of message you need help replying to.
- One review, DM, customer email, or inquiry you paste into the form.
- Preferred reply tone, reply pain point, and willingness-to-pay answer.
Why It Is Collected
The information is collected only to understand your business reply needs, prepare sample reply drafts, contact you about your submission, learn whether the pilot is useful, and improve the service.
How It Is Used
Submitted information may be reviewed by the founder, used to prepare reply drafts, summarized in a private tracking sheet, and used in aggregate to decide whether to continue, change, or stop the pilot.
What Not To Submit
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business records, passwords, payment information, medical information, or private customer data. Remove names, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, and other private details unless they are truly needed for the sample draft.
No Sale Of Information
KindReply Vancouver does not sell submitted information. The pilot should use submitted information only for the reply draft, pilot follow-up, and service improvement described above.
